Application Fee:
a. The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 3000/- (for General & OBC candidates) and Rs. 200/- (for SC/ST/Women/EWS Candidates). There is no fee for PWD candidates.
b. The candidate should pay prescribed application fee online mode only via the payment gateway of AIIMS Gorakhpur. Transaction/ processing fee if any as applicable will be payable to the bank by the candidate.
c. Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
d. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.

The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application through ON-LINE mode followed by submission of the hard copy of the online filled form. The online registration of application will be made available on AIIMS, Gorakhpur official website i.e. www.aiimsgorakhpur.edu.in for submission of online applications in respect to above-mentioned posts along with other relevant information will be activated on the date of
advertisement in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar.
The hard copy of the online application has to be sent along with self-attested copies of certificates/documents in support of fulfilling the essential criteria of age, educational qualification, experience, etc. besides others in support of their candidature within 15 days from the last date of online application.
The hard copy of on-line application shall be enclosed with self-attested copies of Matriculation Certificate, Degree Certificate/Mark-Sheets or equivalent certificates/mark sheets, experience certificates indicating teaching, etc.
The experience certificate should clearly show the period of experience, duration of the experience (“from” to “to”), nature of experience (either teaching or otherwise), etc.
